Grove Park has a large bar and a members' lounge in which you can relax with a drink after a hard game or possibly watch one of the many different sporting events shown on the big screen T.V.

Our social secretary, Richard Higginson, organises various social events throughout the year. They range from curry nights and pub crawls, to trips to see the best squash players in the world play in tournaments such as the National Squash Championships or the British Open (staged nearby in Manchester), to more adventurous persuits such as go-karting and paint-balling.

Other organised entertainment at the club includes a jazz evening every Monday held in the main bar. On match nights, we put strong emphasis on providing the visiting teams with great hospitality.

The Club's friendly atmosphere is generated by a mix of members from a wide variety of backgrounds and of different ages. Joining the leagues and coming along on club nights provides every opportunity for meeting new people and socialising in the bar afterwards.
