The Grove Park Junior Open is a single day England Squash Bronze Sanctioned competition for Boys and Girls in the following age groups: U17, U15, U13 and U11.

Introduction
Building on the sucess of this tournament in 2014,
our objective is again ‘to provide an enjoyable
and positive experience of junior squash for all players and guests in
a friendly and sociable environment’.
Tournament fees include high quality branded items supplied by our tournament
partners Tecnifibre and Salming.

4. Entering the Tournament
4.1 All requests to enter the Tournament must be made by submitting the completed Tournament Entry Form signed by the player and parent/guardian together with the entry fee of £15 by the closing date.
Late entries will not be accepted. Closing date for entries is 27th February 2016 at 2pm.
4.2 All entries should be sent to - Grove Park Junior Open 2016, 10

4.3 Competitors must be under the specified age on the last day of the
tournament.
4.4 Competitors may not enter more than one age group.
4.5 Draw and playing times will be emailed to players in the week preceding the tournament. The draw will also be posted on this web page.
4.6 Withdrawal from the tournament must be notified to the organiser
as soon as possible with a
valid reason. Entry fees will not be refunded after the closing date has
passed
5. Conditions of Entry
5.1 Squash goggles are mandatory for all players
5.2 All players should report to the tournament desk 30 minutes prior
to their start time. The
tournament organiser reserves the right to scratch a player for a late
arrival to any match.
5.3 Parents must refrain from interference in matches. Any issues should
be addressed to the
tournament desk
5.4 All players must be willing to referee matches when asked; failure
to do so may lead to
disqualification
6. Tournament Format
6.1 Seeding will be carried out by England Squash
6.2 Draw sizes may be limited to 16 players per category
6.3 All competitions will be completed on the day.
7. Trophies and Prizes
7.1 All entrants will receive a high quality branded products from our
generous tournament partners, Tecnifibre and Salming.
7.2 The winner and runner up in each age category will be presented with
a commemorative trophy of the Tournament.
8. Hospitality
8.1 A selection of breakfast rolls, hot meals and sandwiches will be available
to purchase at very reasonable prices throughout the weekend. Please be
aware that Grove Park Squash Club does not allow food purchased elsewhere
to be consumed on the premises.
8.2 The club has a fully licensed Bar serving a variety of drinks –
adults only! Freshly brewed tea, coffee and a range of soft drinks are
also available.
8.3 Free WI-FI is available throughout the club.
