#GBIS - Get into squash, whether you're a complete beginner or just haven't played for a while.
Get (Back) into Squash will start in the New Year (an ideal time to start a new sport or fitness regime) with a taster session on Sunday 7th January.
This 3 hour session will give you everything you need to know about the sport, introduction to the basics and generally give you a chance to play squash.
The session is open to anybody from complete beginners to those who have played before.
All you need is athletic clothing and a clean pair of trainers (with non-marking soles).
Rackets will be provided if you need one.
Starting from Friday 12th January, we'll be holding weekly "Get (Back) Into Squash" sessions.
Each week our England Squash Level 2 coach, Jules Abbas, will guide you through a quick-fire, fast-paced, intense workout, while developing skills to hone your game and putting them into practice in game situations.
The sessions are fun, informal and different every week.
They're open to everyone, even if you can't make it down to the taster sessions.
£4 for 1 hour
£5 for the full 2 hour session
